What are the best aspects of this product?

ArcGIS is great for creating maps and apps and has flexible options for you to personalize them. It's extremely user-friendly that I would recommend it to novice users of GIS platforms.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The version came out late and is lagging behind AGOL.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ArcGIS streamlined processes and organized management, thus, significantly saving us time overall. We can expand our team network even with those outside the GIS environment.
