What are the best aspects of this product?
Enterprise enhanced ArcGIS Online with features we users badly needed: a more secure firewall and more flexible functionalities.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Improvements on the Enterprise system are made on installments, on each new iteration released. This is unlike Online which provided all features in one go.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
ArcGIS is the only mapping and event-analysis system we have been using for over two years now. We have been making better decisions since.
