What are the best aspects of this product?

ArcGIS allows us to customize apps very securely within the safeguard of a firewall. Components like Geoevent and comprehensive documentation are very useful to a transportation company like us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The servers required for deployment are many and some are quite costly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

To track the business supply chain in a very visual and comprehensible way is a technological solution we never imagined we would be able to experience this soon.
