PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Ardoq is a top-range product with a sematic web foundation. It needs a thorrow structure and EA mindset, but will be your main tool for analytics and information about the total data and systemstructure of your organisaton. The toolbox is extensive, but still possible to grow piece by piece and function by function without stressing your people too much. This the tool you empty your brain in - and share with your peers. With good work it will turn into the digital twin of your organisation.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For me this is THE tool for the EA expert - but still is a good tool for the unfamiliar user. Still we have struggled somewhat to make it the common tool - so user friendliness always need tender and care. But we have experience that Ardoq listens and forms their software after our needs.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

More easy tools for common use, and improvements in views for showing data. (A lot of great views - but we still need more :.) )

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have managed to create an overview of IT-systems (with over 130 data fields covering data about systems, costs of systems, relocate processes, GDPR, vendors, persons and responsibilities, organization, capabilities and processes, technical rooms and relationships in between all of these).
