What are the best aspects of this product?

Armatic has a well-designed UX that lets me get easy access to the information that I need for business decision-making. Access to documents also improves the flow of ideas and allows for more effective communication between different departments in our company. This software empowers me with the knowledge that I need to be able to navigate the business arena with confidence. Its automation features are a powerful tool for increasing our company’s productivity. It enables us to quickly edit documents and move swiftly to the next stages once the eSigning step is completed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This platform would fit our business needs better if customization options would be available for its dashboards and widgets.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We benefit highly from this platform’s automation tools and NPS integration. We use it mainly for managing subscriptions, tracking revenues, reporting, and creating data visualizations.
