What is Armatic?

Quote-to-cash — the entire billing and payment pipeline from quote to payment and even necessary followups — this is what Armatic manages, automates, and optimizes. At its core, Armatic is a software solution for payment processing, billing and invoicing, recurring billing, and subscription management. Yet the processes, dashboards, and tools within Armatic’s own ecosystem along with integrated third-party solutions practically extend the company’s SaaS from an end-to-end revenue lifecycle management platform to something more.

Armatic’s solutions impact revenue lifecycle management in a way that ripples outwards and also affects other, relevant parts of the business. Armatic may focus only on revenue lifecycle—from invoicing to contracting to accounting to receivable and payable—but the automation and insights gained from business data within these processes help its clients create business efficiencies and indeed, not only generate more revenue (or do so more efficiently), but also help other departments such as customer support and HR.

It’s plain to see how robust and comprehensive tools for billing, payment, invoicing, and related processes can increase efficiencies within finance and accounting. It also follows that these tools can improve productivity for departments that plug in to revenue lifecycle management, such as sales and HR. Beyond that, however, a well-integrated, streamlined solution can also offer customer insights and help resolve conflicts more quickly, leading to better NPS or eNPS (Net Promoter Score or Employee Net Promoter Score) for both customer experience agents handling external clients, and HR reps managing internal ones, i.e. employees.

At its best, Armatic’s approach to managing revenue lifecycles inadvertently stacks tangential benefits atop one another.

Ultimately, the revenue lifecycle management SaaS provided by Armatic exemplifies what modern businesses can potentially achieve with a comprehensive, coherent, and streamlined set of solutions. The essence of the process is simple: making money flow as smooth as possible from one end of the process to another. Armatic’s approach to this problem yields many benefits outside of just better efficiencies in accounting.

Overview of Armatic Benefits

Armatic’s features are spread between its core product offerings each bundled for specific functions but nonetheless can be customized for various industries and sectors:

Armatic AR – automating Accounts Receivable

Armatic offers an AR module that brings together processes, best practices, and payment interfaces under one roof. Armatic AR automates much of the usually tedious process of Accounts Receivable through integrating with external ERP solutions. It also provides customer portals so customers can access self-help options, such as viewing invoices and changing subscription plans. Armatic users can leverage automated invoicing, fully synchronized ERP integration, and also provide several customer support functions by giving them their own portal.

Armatic AP – streamlining Accounts Payable

What Armatic AR does for Accounts Receivable, Armatic AP does for Accounts Payable. Armatic AP is a bundled module for bill pay options, Accounts Payable workflows, and approval rules intended to automate and improve as much of the process as possible. Automation is hardly possible without ERP integration, so like Armatic AR, Armatic AP also integrates and fully synchronizes with leading ERP providers. It also offers a vendor portal, with invoice viewing and bill payment options. Finally, to genuinely automate as much of the process as possible, Armatic AP also incorporates Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to generate invoices from emails without manual input.

Armatic Billing – all-in-one billing and invoicing

The Armatic Billing Software incorporates billing, invoicing, and subscription management and recurring billing solutions in one package. Like Armatic AR and AP, Armatic Billing integrates and synchronizes with third-party ERP systems so one-off, recurring, or subscription invoices can be pushed from one platform to another seamlessly. The invoice creation solution also provides coupon managers and payment plan options. Invoices can be created automatically with quotes or proposals, which also accepts eSign and can connect via API.

Armatic Sales (QTC) – end-to-end quote-to-cash engine

Armatic Sales provides templates and customization options for proposals, SOWs, quotes, and contracts with customer data from integrated third-party CRM and ERP systems. This template editor is also integrated and synced with the invoice and billing process. Armatic Sales also manages and automates quotes approval from sending to eSign to collection. Managers can view real-time status updates and reports, and the system automatically pulls pricing details and pushes necessary data like subscriptions and invoices into integrated ERP systems. This quote-to-cash engine also integrates with nearly every payment processor in the market.

Armatic Success – integrated NPS surveys and feedback components

Stepping outside the revenue lifecycle management zone, the Armatic Customer Success Module is all about collecting feedback, from integrating NPS surveys to providing clients with a 360-degree view of their customers with customer health scores as well as feedback components. Armatic Success also offers quarterly business review templates incorporating data from CRM and ERP systems.

Armatic HR – integrated eNPS surveys for employee advocacy and record keeping

Finally, the Armatic HR module does for internal customers what the Armatic Success module does for external ones: eNPS survey integration with feedback components focused on employee advocacy and with streamlined management of record keeping. The eSign and document management capabilities of Armatic can also be leveraged for internal documents and document signing processes. Armatic HR also offers an employee task manager for task tracking and transparency of activities.

What Problems Will Armatic Solve?

Problem: Late payments

Solution: Armatic automatically creates sequential notifications, follow-ups, and reminders before and after the due dates of invoices. These are sent through various communication channels: email, text, mail, and phone. Customers can expect up to a 50% decrease in AR with Armatic.

Problem: Issues with sales or finance contracts

Solution: Sales and Finance departments often coordinate with one another regarding who signs what on the client side, which in turn creates a multi-person chain that is prone to break. Armatic automates all the steps of the process—from initial proposal to signing the contract to getting paid—in a workflow process that ensures every participant has all the information they need to sign, pay, or start operating.

Problem: Payment limitations and payment issues

Solution: Customers rarely step outside their comfort zone, especially when it comes to money, so they often want to pay with a recognized payment method they already use. Armatic is payment agnostic and integrates with most payment processes and gateways in the market—it does not limit payment options for customers. Any unsuccessful payments will run through the Armatic payment engine for various checks and retries to optimize acceptance for each payment.

Since each enterprise has particular business requirements, it is sensible for them to abstain from seeking a one-size-fits-all faultless software application. Needless to say, it would be pointless to try to find such a platform even among market-leading software applications. The smart thing to do would be to catalog the various vital aspects that need consideration such as required features, finances, skill levels of workers, company size etc. Then, you should do your homework thoroughly. Read some Armatic Accounts Receivable Software reviews and check out each of the other systems in your shortlist in detail. Such in-depth groundwork can make sure you reject ill-fitting platforms and select the app that provides all the elements you require for business success.
