What are the best aspects of this product?

We trust only Armatic for managing our SOWs, subscriptions, and payments. It has played a large part in our company processes for so long. I don’t think our company would be where it is right now if it weren’t for their services.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They continue to add more and more features and it would be nice if they would help us learn the new ones.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This platform is our all-in-one billing solution. We use this mainly to send and sign contracts and to manage payments. Recently we have been exploring its other features and looking to maximize its usability. We are particularly excited about its analytics and forecasting tools, cadence system, and NPS module.
