Armatic has been our company’s choice for years now. While the initial focus of their service was AR collection management, they soon started to cater to a wide array of business operation and automation needs and added several new functionalities, including an eSign feature and customer feedback management tools.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It can take a while to learn how to fully navigate this system and use all of its features.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This software enables us to manage our subscriptions and easily follow up on our customer’s payments. It automates our invoice processes and caters to our HR management needs as well. We find its eSign feature and NPS survey functionality extremely useful.
