What are the best aspects of this product?
We very much appreciate how their support team worked with us to configure their platform for it to best fit our company’s billing automation needs. We were also able to eliminate the need for another CRM tool and now use this platform as our central database.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We use this mainly for customer relations and it has exceeded our expectations for the said function. There is nothing more that I could ask for on a platform. The support team has been really helpful in achieving the results that we want from this product.

Armatic makes it easier for us to follow up on our customer’s payments. Its billing automation feature enables us to work more efficiently.
