What are the best aspects of this product?

I love Asana’s mobile app and integration with Dropbox, Google drive and Zapier. I love that I have an insight into the tasks and projects. This tool is constantly updating and improves itself. They always fix the bugs and issues. We use its Free plan and I cannot really see the difference with the Paid plan because we enjoy the almost the same features as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We don’t have complaints about the software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were searching for a flexible project management platform so we can integrate it with time tracking tools. I constantly use its mobile app on the go, the app works great on both iOS and Android and with many other 3rd party platforms.
