It provides task management like many other services.

Asana support is horrible and they have very poor processes in place for companies that make changes to G-suite so you can get stuck for days without any help from them.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
They should add better customer support that promptly resolves customer inquiries to ensure a better experience for users.

Task management, project management is good . However, Asana does not have any reliable support and they do everything they can to not speak to you.
