It's swift and easy. It's not as intrusive as one would think in getting direct and quick feedback from customers. We frequently use it with our customers. As a result, we're able to get useful feedback from certain customers. In turn, we respond in a meaningful manner.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's not a lot to hate. It's very easy to use. Highly intuitive.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
NPS happens to be one of our KPIs. We wanted an easy yet timely way of keeping track on how we're functioning relative to that of our NPS score. We wanted to avoid sending yearly anonymous surveys. We wanted to go beyond tracking our score. It's about accumulating certain feedback that we can react directly.
