What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like best about this tool is that it allows you to access your NPS from various platforms—whether through salesforce, Zendesk, etc. It is also easy to use so onboarding users are not too much of a hassle. I’ve also discovered that it can be a great tool for engaging other teams who are not directly involved in certain projects too. I can easily plug the results on to a TV and everyone who watches it will be up-to-speed with the customer ratings and comments.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven’t come across any major disadvantage that is worth noting here.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As mentioned in the previous section, AskNicely has allowed me to engage other members of my team that is not directly involved in a certain project. This way, we’ve been able to share feedback about the initiatives that we are working on. And this isn’t just limited on a general scale too. You can filter out what you want to project on the screen so members of certain teams will also get feedback based on their contribution. Other than this, we’ve also been able to engage with our customers more as well as establish rapport with them. Our sales too, if I can draw a conclusion, has increased thanks to AskNicely.
