What are the best aspects of this product?
AskNicely is so simple to ste up. You can hit the ground running in a short period of time. Thanks to their useful tools, it was easy to take in proper contact that require surveying as well as setting up an automated caden e in receiving such surveys. From that point, integrations allowed for results can be pushed back into such platforms where data can be housed for extensive action and reporting.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's a bit difficult knocking on AskNicely's clean software. The only small aspect that I expect to improve would be the dashboard. It needs to be spiced up a little --- kinda like that of Delighted.

We can now accumulate feedback from customer on they react to using our services and products. This helped cultivate stonger relationships with customers. It helped kick off conversations with customers who may not be at all thrilled in getting them back on the right track.
