What are the best aspects of this product?
The no-nonsense layout somehow encourages recipients to respond to our surveys more.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Email personalization can be a struggle. Naturally, we want to send out the survey with an email that speaks directly to our recipients. The last thing that we want is to give them the impression that this is a batch and blast survey. However, personalization in emails can be hard to achieve with AskNicely. For now, we’re stuck with templated emails.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have managed to improve our relationship with our customers through AskNicely. I think this is thanks to the open line of communication that we have established through this tool. It’s a great tool for rapport development.
