What are the best aspects of this product?

Aspect is highly customizable and can be set up to fit the needs of your company perfectly. It is equipped with a good number of capabilities that we have relied on to perform several tasks including scheduling, forecasting, managing contacts, setting work hours, keeping records, tracking employee performance and efficiency, measuring shrinkage, and staffing. Overall, we find this software to be extremely helpful. It has made workforce management a lot easier for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can think of several points for improvement for this software. First, there need to be more ways to access details other than through schedule reports. Second, the system monitoring feature needs to be updated. Third, standard APIs should be made available. Fourth, the user interface should be enhanced to look more modern and fix latency issues. Lastly, their scheduling feature should allow for better access and incorporations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Aspect for large-scale workforce management. With it, we can efficiently manage the schedules, contracts, and performance of thousands of our employees in different offices.
