What are the best aspects of this product?
Aspect Workforce Management does the bare minimum I would expect for a HR management product. It provides staff rosters. No other features are used. I am only an end user so can only comment from that perspective.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The user interface is so hard to use that even the most technically minded people have to sit and follow links trying to decipher where they should go. The associated app is so full of bugs it barely functions, and there has been no action to fix those bugs in what looks like years of 1 star reviews.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Some level of human interface rather than what looks like a second thought that real people have to use these products. End user support and consideration of feedback. With the current support provided to the app users, it seems that when purchasing this product, you are buying a once off product with no support or future development. The initial development of these products seems clunky or outright broken, so some semblance of a finished product would be nice.

Staff don't HAVE to write down or print out rosters, but often prefer to rather than use this product.
