What are the best aspects of this product?

Aspect is a versatile and user-friendly workforce management solution.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be better in my opinion if the configuration settings will be improved so as to allow more flexibility in terms of software usage. The already defined parameters within the system are great as they are but this would be a more powerful tool if it would allow users to explore beyond those.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We rely on this software for creating schedules and managing workers. It also serves as our central database.
