What are the best aspects of this product?

Of all the great benefits that come with this software, I appreciate its forecasting features the most. It presents us with a good number of potentialities and lets us prepare for these scenarios ahead of time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be nice to see changes in its UI design given that it has looked all the same for a long time now.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This makes it easier for us to follow through on scheduled tasks as it sends off notifications whenever there are delays. It helps us develop a more effective workforce scheme.
