We are more efficient with Aspect WFM

What are the best aspects of this product?

This suite has a user-friendly and intuitive UI design. It doesn’t take long for users to be fully acquainted with it as its features are straightforward. The elements come with clear functions and are well-arranged.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like this suite better if the data contained in each module is more readily apparent. This would help our employees be more efficient in performing their tasks by making the necessary tools more discoverable.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Aspect is helpful for streamlining processes and managing time, schedules, shift bids, and employee performance for a huge workforce.
