What are the best aspects of this product?
AssetBank brings a plethora of incredible things. Among what I like the best and what our team really benefit from are its multilingual support, search feature, automatic thumbnail images, and the ability of the admin to control most of the content on the application. The search feature makes it easy to find the files we need and it can be adjusted. The automatic creation of images for the thumbnail eliminates the need to manually create and upload images of different sizes which is usually time-consuming. It’s definitely helpful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Their customer support is only available on European workday hours. We are in a different time zone so it’s a problem when an issue arises outside their working hours. We’re lucky if the issue has already been raised before because we just look back through our previous emails. I wish they create an online ticket tracking system so finding the solutions to problems that already happened before will be easier when the support team is not available. Also, there are settings that aren’t accessible in the hosted solution.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This platform has helped us finish tasks faster, save time, and keep our lightbox always updated. All new product assets are already stored in a single location so we just have to send quick links to the lightbox. Also, it’s easy to add new items to it. No need to send many emails.
