An easy to use application that performs very well

What are the best aspects of this product?

It’s been three years since my team started using this application and so far I haven’t heard any complaint from them. From the start until now, AssetBank team has always got our back. AssetBank team walk us through the process so by the time we deployed the app, our team members know exactly what to do with the system. And now, they are still attentive to our needs and concerns. Whenever we have problems, they are always there to assist us. The constant system upgrades are also really commendable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing. Everything is working well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before using AssetBank, we store hundreds of photos on a server with no tools for searching a specific file easily. We have to remember where the files have been stored to make the search process easier. But our memory isn’t always reliable. So we usually spend a lot of time looking for what we need. It’s tiring. But with AssetBank, we don’t have to go through this process anymore. We can give the public access to the photos or just use the search feature.
