PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It can manage a huge collection of assets, offers everything we need to manage digital files upgraded regularly and offers new functionalities every now and then. The customer support staffs are attentive to the business needs and always respond to my queries and concerns quickly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Training is required. To be able to learn how the platform works, you need to spend time and effort. Not really a big deal considering how powerful and feature-rich the platform is. Also, the configuration is quite complex. The knowledge base, although it has become better than before, still is not enough. I still need to reach out to their customer support for answers to particular questions. Other than that, the app works great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I don’t have to assist our employees when finding and acquiring photos they need. Everyone is given access to certain photos and an ability to download them by themselves. Our clients or stakeholders are also given access to particular photos like their photographs from their meetings with the company. It’s more convenient and saves me a lot of time.
