What are the best aspects of this product?

It is beautiful, offers standard and advance DAM features, affordable, and very easy to use. We are able to find our way through it in no time. The system can also be fully customized with so much ease. The customization process is not very technical nor overwhelming. It’s the perfect product if you are looking for effective DAM software that works within your budget.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Customizing the system was not as easy as we expect. I feel like we spent forever figuring out what to do to make the system work the way we want and make sure it reflects our brand. But I think it’s just because I’m really impatient and want to finish things as fast as possible.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are a small in-house team in the photography business and we usually produce more than 200 shoots annually. Collecting, selecting, and presenting the right assets for several different print and web projects have been quite time-consuming, which also compromise our productivity. We spend most of the time curating assets. AssetBank has eliminated the need to spend a significant amount of time curating assets. It allowed us to upload and tag images quickly and even download photos and crop them to preset sizes.
