AssetManage is an intuitive asset management software used to streamline and automate fixed asset organization and depreciation management. It is a Windows-based solution that enables users to easily track IT equipment, printers, tools, and other company assets via the unique, easy-to-use interface. The platform tracks every aspect of fixed assets including the main asset details, maintenance costs, locations, custodians, and even the vendor.
AssetManage comes in two edition; a Standard Edition designed to leverage a single multi-user-ready data file and the Enterprise Edition designed for MySQL server and other Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) compliant databases. The solution provides the functionality you need to track your asset with ease and conduct comprehensive audits. Some of its main features include asset maintenance & expense tracking, depreciation schedules calculations, view asset data, reporting, scan & print barcodes, and full support for asset disposal.

The platform allows you to compute the depreciation schedule using one of the five methods with support for sum of year’s digits, straight-line, double declining balance, and percentage per year depreciation. It provides helpful depreciation report templates which can be used to generate depreciation for a month and year reports.
Better still, AssetManage allows you to scan and print barcodes. It integrates seamlessly with all types of barcode scanners. Therefore it’s easy to use the solution to associate a barcode with the corresponding fixed asset. The Asset Audit Wizard is another useful feature that helps you trace found and missing asset with ease.

The application allows you to view asset disposal data in detailed asset properties dialog and automatically calculate accumulated depreciation, gain/loss, and book value.
