What are the best aspects of this product?

All of Atera's tools are super useful for us! It made us efficient because it helps us in ticketing, appointments, updating, and reporting. It also integrates well with various software such as Splashtop, etc.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish they would add a phone hotline for support.
