What are the best aspects of this product?

Atera's features really impress me -- remote monitong, cloud back-up, web protection, ticketing, etc. I love that I can do all of this using a single platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope they would send digital invoices to your inbox.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It basically solves every IT issue of mine and our clients. I can access their screen in just a few clicks!
