What are the best aspects of this product?

The scripts are probably my favourite part of Atera.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The emails that are sent for automation feedback could be better, but they're improving drastically.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Customizable tasks? I can't think of the proper verbage for it. I, as an employee and not the owner, cannot change the name to a company without going up to the next level of authority, meaning I can also do other things that the boss may not trust me with, or that I don't know how to do. I can't just be given authority to change the company name, or the PC name, or delete time entries from the ticketing system.

Our lack of ability to remotely connect and monitor systems.
