What are the best aspects of this product?

Atera is a highly functional network management platform that comes at unbelievably affordable price. It is already packed with great features, but the platform continuously receives new and fantastic updates. It means better services and deals that boost our own company as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn’t have a network operations center that other options offer. This is understandable, however, especially when we consider its price. Nonetheless, Atera works great with that it offers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Upon consent, Atera helps us easily inject a remote client in a customer’s PC, which in turn lets us conveniently gather data of such machines in a profile. Such a profile is helpful when we need to connect with a particular customer, they need our services, or if we need to address certain concerns. It lets me easily suggest management services that can address the needs of customers; either from or own or from other providers.
