Remote desktop, customer management, patch management, notifications, deployment.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
File transfer capability directly to agent machines. I know it's already in the works, but a mobile app.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It mostly allowed me to drop some other management programs I was using and I do more in Atera without leaving the portal and going to another program.
