What are the best aspects of this product?

It conveniently and accurately notifies when a problem is present even before a user notices such an issue. This lets me create scripts for automatically restarting or stopping specific services, as well as event viewers that are for the expiration of certificates, app problems, and features among others. Moreover, it lets me come up with process tracking solutions for responding to stop applications with lesser hassles. And all of these help in reviewing and solving problems on a real-time basis; then, help in doing tweaks with our endpoint apps for proper resource allocation.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I guess it would be great if there are notifications for resolving problems, as well as for each successful process. In tracking SQL tasks, for example, the platform notifies users when a process fails or warns when a problem is present. It doesn’t notify when a process completes successfully.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is a big help for implementing our windows scheduling and updates in a centralized manner, as well as for tracking storage, CPU, and RAM usage of apps. It is also great for adjusting or boosting networks and systems by simply viewing processes. Moreover, it helps us easily determine when user systems stop or fail through the help of available alert notifications.
