What are the best aspects of this product?
I love Atera's Technical Support! Can do it through chat so it's really convenient. The app's features are amazing -- from support tickets to reporting! The reports are customizable so I could prepare it based on the clients preference.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The support tickets with a contact are deleted when we delete a contact. I hope the tickets would stay in the records. They also need to do a compliance scanning of PCs!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Support tickets are easily submitted now because it can be done through email. Our customers use to do it only through calls before. The reports I generated through this software is also great.
