What are the best aspects of this product?

A dependable and easy to use platform with tons of practical features. It frequently receives useful updates, comes with great price deals, and is backed with a reliable user support team. Plus, we got no problem when connecting this platform to Acronis.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Automation needs some improvements. Its ticketing system also needs some boosts; although, an API that can link it to Zendesk would help a lot.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It largely helps with successful and accurate update scheduling of servers. Its back-ups only take a few minutes to set up as well, which is drastically lower because it previously takes days.
