What are the best aspects of this product?

Setting up the software is really easy for anyone. The performance is top-notch, really stable. I also love the web-based admin panel because that made it accessible even if you're working remotely (away from the office). Cool support staff, too!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some features that are not available in Atera but present in the products of its competitors. But this is understandable since they are just starting.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Atera's fair pricing is really helpful to us because we totally get what we paid for. It helps us get the job done.
