What are the best aspects of this product?
It's possible to manage a huge number of clients if your have Atera. It can do a lot of things -- from ticketing to device monitoring. Because of the automations, our workflows become more streamlined.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Our team think it would be better if we have the option to use multiple brands even if we're just using one Atera account.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It's basically an all-in-one tool that covers everything from RMM to ticketing. We're able to do these things by using just one software.
