Atera is best IT management tool I have used so far. It has all in one RMM, PSA and ticketing in single platform. As a MSP we handle huge number of hosts, this makes great tool to work with and even our client have positive feedback.
Customization and automation is very easy and works efficiently. Even customer support is helpful to any problems.

Performance metrics of hosts could be more detailed.
