What are the best aspects of this product?

Atera is cost-efficient. You get what you pay for. I love that it doesn't require a minimum number of user/PCs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope they would add an integration with calendar apps and allow users to schedule appointments using the website.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I work alone and this service really saved me. It helps me in getting my job done and resolve multiple issues of my clients.
