What are the best aspects of this product?

It's better than our previous software. It simplified everything and made our work faster.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's a bit challenging to find script for third party softwares. This isn't a big issue for me though, but it's good to address it, too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It made remote work easier -- from connecting to remote computers to actually cleaning the scripts. I can automate the updates as well.
