Atera can do so many things! It can function as: (1) ticketing system; (2) monitoring and maintenance system; and (3) automatic installer and updater!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The notification/alert system of the app whenever the server goes offline can be improved. It's alerting us too much at the moment even if it's just a blip on the network.

We find it really useful when it comes to ticketing and billing! It helps us and our clients.
