What are the best aspects of this product?

This app is pretty straightforward but still more functional than its competitors! It has flat fee so it doesn't limit the number of your servers. It's web-based so it is accessible anytime. It's also really secured! I like the following features: scripting, remote patching, and Splashtop intergration!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The network discovery charge is something I don't like.

It improved our "help desk" services, because we can now easily access the screens of our clients and fix the issue in no time.
