Confluence Cloud was good, it is now garbage.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It helps you to learn what kind of tool you never want to make use of again.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The latest roll-out of editor is riddled with bugs and user case failings. I have lost a huge amount of time, trying to workaround the issues, and sending a million service requests to support.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

That it actually works. The basics. E.g. A table behaves like a table, and does not randomly change its column sizes each time you edit / publish a page.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Product has created problems we never knew we needed to resolve.
