Excellent app for documentation

What are the best aspects of this product?

My favorite part about Confluence are the templates, especially Product Requirements. The system allows you to create and customize your own templates if you wish. Plus, the app integrates easily with JIRA which is another plus point.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is difficult to reorganize items in Confluence. You cannot simply drag and drop them for reorganizing. Instead, you have to edit the hierarchy to move items around. This is very upsetting for me. My work involves moving my items and reordering my pages all the time, so it would be great if the vendor listens to my feedback and includes drag and drop functionality to move items around.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am a product manager and to manage my products easily I use Confluence to create documentation for a range of things including design reviews, product requirements, customer feedback, and business case.
