Excellent Collaboration/Company Wiki Tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to use, easy to create and share information with other Confluence users in my company.
I like the ability to create spaces, easily add new content, whether new pages or embedded attachments of other relevant files.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes the search functions turns up too many results. If all users would assign tags to pages, searching would be much easier.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Not really solving a specific business problem per se, but realizing the benefits of being able to document important information about systems being developed and how to deploy them so others can learn what they need to do their jobs.
