Excellent system for information sharing

What are the best aspects of this product?

I personally feel Confluence is a great app for sharing knowledge and info with team members. You can share ideas on various technical topics like troubleshooting issues and setting up demos for automated programming. Each team can create their own page and fill it up with useful info. The app is also suitable for our Agile Scrum environment and we use it to organize sprint retrospectives.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The user interface could be more intuitive to make it easy to create and organize pages. However, it is not a big deal as you quickly get used to the interface.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As mentioned earlier, we use Confluence to share knowledge and information with our colleagues. This knowledge can be used by those in other teams if their subject matter expert is not available. Plus, the creator of the page gets to revise their knowledge on the subject matter. We also use Confluence for sprint planning in our Agile scrum test environment and to organize sprint retrospectives.
