What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the WYSIWIG doc layout and text format controls, it allows us to create online documentation simple as we use word processor. We can easily publish and share the documentation via the software as part of our daily activities.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The email notifications are useful, I get notification when something is changed, but in order to see what change doesn’t work well I have to spend huge amount of time to see what the changes is and to compare archive copies. It would be great if they could include simple highlight.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our team needs accurate information so they can maintain high performance. Thanks to Confluence the documentation is extremely simple and easy and we don’t have to have separate discrete task. We are able to immediately update the documentation. We don’t have to send emails and to check the latest versions. It helps us to improve the performances and efficiency.
