What are the best aspects of this product?

Your imagination is the limit when it comes to what you can do with Confluence. Although the software was first used by our product and dev teams, our marketing team has transitioned over so everyone in the company can work off of one system. You can customize your workflow and projects settings however you like and the add-ons make anything possible.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Along with the ability to fully customize comes a lot of initial set-up. Our marketing team is trying to figure out how we can create new workflows and project templates that will work for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Cross-departmental communication and efficiencies are huge when everyone is using Confluence. I love that I have visibility into a dev project status or could easily send client services a link to an issue to be tracked, so they can check in on status versus me telling them via email.
