PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Confluence is easy to set-up, use and find what you need. The navigation is straightforward and this makes the whole process of consuming and creating new content simple and easy. All you have to do is to navigate your content in a way that supports this tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I don’t like is its slow pace. If you have good server then it won’t be a problem but if you are self-hosting then you would experience this issue. Also, I don’t like that they haven’t updated their design for a years. In addition, it can be pricy when you have large number of users.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use it as internal content HUB for updates, projects tracking for software development, events, pictures, success histories and some company performance reports. It helps everyone to get constant updates and information about the things that are happening in our company and it doesn’t require some tech skills and knowledge.
