PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Things I like most about Confluence: various document templates, document version history, clear and straightforward integration with JIRA. Also, I like that I can easily edit pages and format options.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I don’t like about Confluence is its navigation, it makes me feel lost and it doesn’t organize well the documents. Also, other thing that I don’t like is its speed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were searching for a system that it can be used by non-tech users so they can easily write documentation and include relevant issue links and to maintain product specifications, sprints and other things. Confluence allows tech users to document engineering processes and tech write-ups.
