Great tool for office collaboration

What are the best aspects of this product?

In my opinion, Confluence is basically a wiki that you can use for your company. I use the app to write guides that can be used by different units in our company. I really like this software and recommend it to everybody.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have no complaints. The only small glitch is about the formatting which the vendor can improve to make it similar to a forum. This is because it is difficult to copy/paste all the time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I work for a telecom company and we use Confluence for many tasks. One of the best uses is it enables collaboration between teams. I can simply prepare a spreadsheet and make it available on Confluence, and those who want the info in it can simply search and find the file anytime they like. It is that easy.
