Great tool for performing collaboration

What are the best aspects of this product?

I can easily add, change and remove pages within the system and to share with others or to set everything private. The design is modern and intuitive. I’m able to assign tasks for my clients, to setup meeting notes and takeaway action items. The version control of files is extremely easy and several people can edit same file at the same time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my experience, it’s not always straightforward to allow editing by only some users. I don’t like that the setting is hidden and hard to find. Also the in-app file editing for uploading files doesn’t work sometimes, we had some issues when editing files in specific browsers and we had to download them, edit and re-upload them instead. Additionally, user profiles doesn’t link with our internal profile.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps with collaboration and knowledge sharing amongst teams and departments. It allows us to easily share any post and topic, to review and add something. It helps us to reduce time when it comes to chasing and asking others for information and processes.
